SRILAKSHMI

‘Pulp Sun Drying’ (or PSD as we call it in the b iz), is when the
coffee cherry is left out to dry naturally with its outer pulp still
attached. Sounds easy enough right? It is, but it’s the raking of
tonnes of these beans on the daily to keep them fresh that’s the
hard part. It’s an effort that pays off when you get to sip on this
absolute cracker of a coffee.

INTERNATIONAL COFFEES
India’s got some great brews, but so does the rest of the world!
Now we don’t want you to miss out on either, so we got them

celebrating the insanely wide diversity of taste coffee can have,
and these beans look to do just that. Here are some beans from
overseas that are certified dope.

ETHIOPIAN YIRGACHEFFE HAILESLASSIE AMBAYE

Coming from the southernmost province of the land, this uber

BREWING METHODS

V60 POUR OVER
Are you looking for complete control over your brew? It’s time you
met your new best friend. Running hot water through grinds
placed in this little conical wonder gives you a cup that’s nuanced,
complex and incredibly tasty.

CHEMEX
Besides being found on our shelves, this beauty of a brewer can
also be found at the Museum Of Glass, where it sits as a
permanent installation. Combined with its signature lab grade
bonded filters, it makes a bright, clear and fully loaded cup every
single time that’s perfect for bringing out some of the hidden
flavour in every coffee.

ICED POUR OVER/CHEMEX
By modding the usual method of brewing with a V60 or Chemex,
we pour the hot water through grounds straight onto ice. We did
the math to make sure the flavour doesn’t get diluted and what
you’re left with is a cup that’s similar to a cold brew but with a
whole lot more brightness and bite.

AEROPRESS
A favourite for those always on the move, this genius method is
lightweight, portable and looks like…well, a giant coffee injection.
With literally tons of recipes coming out every year due to the
World Aeropress championship, this versatile brewer has
cemented its place in the coffee game as an absolute legend.

SYPHON
To answer your first two questions - yes, it is supposed to look like
that, and no, we didn’t steal it from a chemistry lab. Made to brew
to with the precision and intensity of a mad scientist, the syphon
doesn’t mess around. It makes the cleanest and most full-bodied
cup in the known universe and it a treat to watch. Ask our baristas
if you want to know more, they got the lowdown!

FRENCH PRESS
Classic, reliable and convenient. The French Press gives you a cup
that’s consistent with very low eff- well, let’s be honest - practically
no effort. In fact, the design was so on point for what they had in
mind, that it hasn’t changed since 1929. Looking to make super
heavy-bodied coffee? Got just 4 minutes? This one’s for you.
