Court, most respectfully offers in evidence the following exhibits for the

Accused in its material points.

Aforesaid exhibits are being offered to refute the prosecution’s claims,

arguments, and all questionable assertions of facts.
 WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is most respectfully prayed
unto this Honorable Court that the foregoing object and documentary exhibits
be admitted and with the formal submission of the aforesaid coupled with the
testimonies of the witnesses who testified thereon.
