When it started, The first CONVEYOUR will be spinned by first Motor and the second CONVEYOUR will be spinned and running by second Motor . The first conveyour will bring the cans and the first conveyour will be stop when the cans in front of the first PROXIMITY SENSOR. SELENOID VALVE will be open and fill the cans with glue. When the cans already full of glue, the LEVEL SENSOR will shut the Selenoid Valve close and make the first Conveyour will start running again. First Conveyour will be stop again when the Cans in front of the second PROXIMITY SENSOR. 3 seconds later the MOTOR STEPPER 180° will turn ON and make the tube of hydraulic 2 going down to cover up the entire side of paint cans. Next 3 seconds the HYDRAULIC 1 will pull the COVER OF GLUE CANS to the under of HYDRAULIC 2. And then 3 seconds later HYDRAULIC 2 will pull down the cover of cans into the glue cans until it tightly closed. Finally the last 3 second will make the Motor stepper, hydraulic 2, and hydraulic 1 return to normal. The first conveyour will be running again, and pass the PROXIMITY FOR COUNTER 1. Cans that already full of glue and already got cover tightly move into the second conveyour. The second Conveyour will guide the glue cans into the box, which the box can only be filled by 4 glue cans. 2 cans in right and left for each side in the box. if PROXIMITY FOR COUNTER 2 read already of 2 glue cans, the next of 2 glue cans will tto the half side, then STEPPER FOR PLACEMENT will be working and change the direction into other side that glue cans can fill. The Stepper for placement only working if the second Counter already read 2 pulse. Which make the second counter will get reset into 0 from 2. If the PROXIMITY FOR COUNTER 1 already read 4 pulse or 4 glue cans pass the proximity, the fisrt conveyour will stop working, and the Counter 1 will get reset from 4 to 0. If the PROXIMITY FOR COUNTER 2 already read 4 pulse or 2 pulse twice which that mean the box is already full by glue cans (4 only), the second conveyour will stop working. And if you want to start the machine again, you must press the START button. STOP button is to STOP the machine completely. RESET COUNTER 1 is to reset pulse of COUNTER 1 (4 pulse) into 0. RESET COUNTER 2 is to reset pulse of COUNTER 2 (2 pulse) into 0.
