Basketball Training Barrier
Trains kids to make proper layups and builds on shooting skills.

Background: Many sports people go to gym to increase their muscle power of the hand and many
kids are lagging behind in their shooting and layup skills. So, practicing with this training device will
increase your muscle memory as you perfect your layup skills and teardrop shots.

Focus: The idea behind the invention is to train young basketball players to extend their arm and
shoot basketball over the barrier. Once the barrier is removed, layups become easier to make in game
situations.

Technology Dimensions: The training barrier is made from light-weight Komatex PVC. Strong
suction cup for maximum adhesion to all backboards. Teather rope for safety. Very durable.

Market Dimension: This can be seen as two outcomes in one product. It is mainly targeted to young
basketball players to improve their layup skills and to increase ur muscle memory(can be used by
volleyball players for this use)

Goal objective: To improve the basketball players layup skills and teardrop shots and increase the
ability to reproduce a particular movement without conscious thought, acquired as a result of frequent
repetition of that movement.

Guidelines: Coming up with this product that can be used as health accessory for young people and
it improve the layup skills of the basketball player and improve their shooting skills.

FOOTBALL TRAINER
Trains kids how to control a football in the comfort of their own home.

BACKGROUND

Many kids aspire to become football players and take training for the same. But those who are at the
practising stage can use this training device and can increase their football playing skills.

FOCUS

The invention relates to a device for a squeeze football with audio playback. It trains the player how
and when to pass the ball when caught by him/her appropriate to the game of football.
Technology dimensions: The football is made of any compressible material such as synthetic or
natural fibres. The squeeze football comprises of an electronic module with a sensor to sense the
situation of the game and a loudspeaker for recording and emitting user defined voice messages such
as “GOAL” or “PASS”.

Market dimensions: This product is a football with a training device attached in it. It is mainly
targeted to kids and anyone who wants to practise football at their comfort. It guides them to when
and how to control a football and can increase their playing skills.

GOAL OBJECTIVE

To help people teach children to play football safely with the help of built in voice control system and
the sounds emitted from the football.

GUIDELINES

The multiple voice messages are emitted appropriate to the game when the football is squeezed by the
player. This device provides a sense of participation in a professional game played in the stadium to
the user.

SWIMMING EARPLUGS
Enjoy your favourite songs even while your swimming .
BACKGROUND
Many of swimming athletes face a problem of not able to enjoy their favourite music when they are
swimming. So here is a product that will enable you to hear to your tunes even while your swimming.

FOCUS
It is a product that has a pair of earplugs which is designed to use while swimming. This product is
designed in such a way that the swimming goggles has an attached earplug along with it at the side.

Target market: Sports, spa, leisure

Sizing : can be used from children to adults

GOAL OBJECTIVES
This product would be great help for the swimmers who are song lovers who listen to songs
day in and day out. It relaxes both the body and mind of the swimmer. This can also be used
during scuba diving.
GUIDELINES
The product also has Bluetooth facility through which the user can connect the phone to
listen to the songs. It provides a feel of swimming in a world of tunes keeping the spirit of
winning high.

GPS GOLF BALL

The advancement being made through the development and commercialization of high technologies
are being used throughout industry to improve the quality and productivity of our everyday
workplace. some of these technologies are also being applied to standard product with the goal of
developing niche markets for specific use items.

Background:

I propose that we take some of these technologies and apply them to recreational goods so that we can
realize improvement in the quality of everyday life. one specific application I have in mind is the use
of GPS (global positioning system) technology in the game of golf.

FOCUS

Everyone who ever played the game, except maybe tiger woods, has experienced the wasted time and
expense of searching for a lost ball. The adverse effects of losing a golf ball during a record-breaking
round can have traumatic effects on the golfer. Time spent in searching for the lost ball breaks the
rhythm that the golfer had and shifts the focus away from the sport and into the role of “search and
rescue”. GPS technology applied to golf balls would also enable the game to be played quicker.

This product will be a game changer across the sports field. this product will be very helpful to sports
person to save their time and effort in searching the balls. launching the product will give great
opportunity for the company .

SKATE PODS
Skate pods are hands free electrical boards with freewheel mechanism and mechanical brakes which is
much safe and easy for beginners to learn.

Background
Skateboarding is a dream that many of the kids and people wish to learn, but due to the various reasons
like safety etc not everyone is willing to play skateboarding. But now because of the much Skate pods
which is much safer than the older one, people can learn skateboarding in a very safe way.

FOCUS
The idea behind the invention is to provide people with a much safer skateboarding experience, by the
use of mechanical brakes. The freewheel which adds to better battery life, and also are light weight and
portable.

Technology dimension: The Skate pod has latest technology features such as mechanical brakes to stop
which eliminates the motor for stopping purpose. An electronic lean-measuring steering is used to
measure the lean of the board. It also contains juice box that is the riders can trade their depleted batteries
with a freshly charged batteries, and the freewheel mechanism is advantageous for battery life.

Market dimension: This product is a modern skate board known as the skate pod with mechanised
brakes and freewheel mechanism, it is light weight and portable and is mainly targeted to kids and
youngsters who is willing to learn skateboarding and people who are already using skate boards. It
makes them much safer while using it, and can avoid injuries up to an extent.

GOALS & OBJECTIVE

To help children, youngsters and all the skateboarders skate safely without any injuries and its feature
like light weight and portability make them convenient to use and carry.

Coming up with this product will be a game changer in the skateboarding because it will be helpful for
skateboarders to avoid much injuries and also helps beginners to play safe while practicing skateboard
and improve their skills.
