KNOW ALL to whom these presents shall come that I/we the undersigned appoint Sh.

(here in after called the authorized representative) jointly and severally to be the
authorized representatives for me/us in the above mentioned case to do all the
following acts, deeds ,and things or any of them that is to say :-
1. To act , appear and plead in the above mentioned case in this office or any
other office in which the same may be tried heard in the first instance or in
appeal or revision or review or in any other stage of its progress until its final
decision.
2. To present pleadings , appeals ,cross objections for executions ,affidavits or
other documents as shall be deemed necessary or advisable for the
prosecutions of the said case in all its stages.
3. To file and take back documents to apply for and obtain certified copies of
order and documents.
4. To withdraw ,for compromise the said case or submit to arbitration any
difference or dispute that shall arise touching or in any manner relating to the
said case.
5. To deposits , draw and receive money or refunds on my/our behalf and grant
receipts there for and to do all other acts and things which may be necessary to
be done for the progress and in the course of the prosecution of the said case.
6. To employ and instruct any other legal practitioner authorizing him to
exercise the powers and authorities hereby conferred on the authorized
representatives as they may think fit to do so.
AND I/we hereby agree to ratify whatever the authorized Representative or their
substitute shall do in the case:
AND I/we hereby agree not to hold the authorized representatives . or their
substitute Responsible for the results of the case in consequence of their or his
absence from the court when the said case is called up for hearing:
AND I/we hereby agree that in the event of the whole and part of the fee of the
authorized representatives remaining unpaid they shall be entitled to withdraw
from the prosecution of the said case until the same is paid:
AND I/we hereby agree that the authorized representative will not be bound to
appear for us if the case is transferred to any other court or the court sits at any
other than its normal place of sitting:
