Well, a missed period is considered as the most common sign of early

let’s explore the early signs of pregnancy and about vaginal discharge.
Vaginal discharge is common for female throughout the month. Well, these
vaginal discharge changes from time to time especially during the early
stages of your pregnancy. This type of vaginal discharge is known as
leukorrhea. It is a thin and milky white substance.
However, taking this test early may result in a false negative, especially, in
case you ovulated a little later than your expectation. It usually occurs when
your hCG level is on the lower end of normal, or implantation hasn’t occurred
yet. So, if you go for the test of around seven days after ovulation and get a
negative result, then you should opt to test again after a couple of days, for
confirmation.
The most common early signs and symptoms of pregnancy can include the
following:
Missed Period. It is one of the most common early sign of pregnancy. If you
are in your childbearing years and one week or more have been passed
without the start of your expected period, then you may be pregnant.
Swollen or Tender Breasts. Hormonal changes during pregnancy can make
your breasts sensitive and sore during early pregnancy. This discomfort may
reduce after a couple of weeks as the body get adjusted to various hormonal
changes.
Don’t use tampons while pregnancy as this could expose the vagina to
germs.
Try to use panty liners it can make you feel more comfortable during
pregnancy.
Fever
Rash
Cramps
