My full name is L, born on the 25th of January 1996.

I graduated from Toulon University with a

degree in Human Resources Management and Project Management in 2017. And I am applying
for National Taiwan University's MBA scholarship program. With the level of educations,
existing experiences, knowledge of Human Resources Management and Project Management,
soft skills and fine English and so, I'm entirely sufficient for this MBA scholarship, and I'll
undoubtedly fulfill all curricula of MBA effectively.

Attending and studying at Toulon University and Thuong Mai University from 2014 with major
is Human Resources Management and Project Management. It makes me chances not only
explore and investigate more comprehensive arrays of subjects, especially Human Resources
Management and Project Management's field but also explore myself and apply them in my
outside realistic work environment. Through these projects, I can widen my knowledge as well
as develop my skills.

Besides studying at University, I also take advantage of my free time to enhance my education
outside the university, joined in some extra courses such as Japanese, TOEIC, Chinese. Now, my
TOEIC reached at 860, TOCFL and it will improve soon. I can use Microsoft Office proficiently,
speak English fluently.

Also, I have 3-month paid-internship work experience with Volex Cable Assembly Co., Ltd. I
underwent many works in Human Resources Department. These works not only help me
consolidate my knowledge at school, create a lot of opportunities for me to be learned and
experienced at a realistic company before graduating.

Over the course of my 9-month career as a Human Resources Assistant at Chuong Vang JSC. I
learned a lot of things and gained a lot of experience through this work. And now, I have been
working for Chiyoda Integre Vietnam Co., Ltd since June 2019.

I want to continue to improve my skills, qualifications, and learn as much as I can in a developed
country- Taiwan is my road to success. Taiwan has a good education system with many
scholarships for the international student, world globalization culture, besides the diversity of
cultures is similar to Vietnam. Fortunately, National Taiwan University gives us a scholarship
about the field that I care about. According to many sources of information, I know that National
Taiwan University is in Taipei and has excellent facilities, devoted teacher, and outstanding
education quality. I firmly believe that your university will help me to broaden my knowledge
and real experiences so that I can achieve more and more successes in the future. I know that for
a person to be successful, it is vital that it maintains good relations with their schoolmate,
colleague, and teachers. I have always be seen as a person who has maintained a goods
relationship with professors and classmates. I plan to have this type of relationship and behavior
when I get to the National Taiwan University. And when I study at National Taiwan University, I
will try to learn Chinese to reach TOCFL 4. Therefore, I plan to complete two years of MBA and
obtain the necessary skills for a couple of years before returning to my native country to serve
my country as well as take care of my family.
