Original blessing for the Tibetan tea of rejuvenation, Gaay-Pa-Sowae Chulen.

http://www.men-tsee-khang.org/hprd/suppliment/Rejuvenation.htm

During the days of the waxing moon, visualize your objects of refuge, such as Amitayus before you.
Place the rejuvenating medicine in containers made of glass or other precious substances, which are
not broken or cracked. Arrange these and other attractive offerings. Then recite: I take refuge in the
Enlightened Ones, their teachings and the spiritual community until I attain enlightenment. Through
the merit I create from giving and so forth may I attain enlightenment for the sake of all living beings.
Say this three times.
Om svabhava shuddha sarva dharma svabhava shuddho ham.
Everything transforms into emptiness.
From emptiness at the center of a moon on a white lotus is my own mind in the form of the syllable
HRI. This becomes a lotus marked by a HRI which transforms and I become the Buddha Amitayus,
ruby-coloured, with one face and two arms, holding a vase full of the nectar of immortality> I am
adorned with the glorious major and minor marks and am seated in the vajra position. From the seed
syllables marking my three places light radiates, inviting the wisdom deities and empowering deities.
The wisdom beings dissolve into me and become inseparable from me. Then empowering deities
bestow initiations and my head is adorned with the Buddha of Boundless light. Goddesses holding
attractive offerings make excellent gifts and my mind is satisfied by uncontaminated bliss.
I pay homage to the Buddha Amitaysu
Who protects countless unprotected living beings
And gives them life. From the HRI at my heart
Light radiates and all the essence of Life
In cyclic existence and the state beyond sorrow
Dissolves into my heart.
Om amarani dzi wende svaha
Recite this as many times as possible visualizing the accomplishment of long life. Then recite the
vowels and consonants of the hundred syllable mantra.
Through this merit may I quickly accomplish
The state of the protector Amitayus
And convey to that state
All living beings without exception.
Then remove all interferences from the medicines before you with:
Om vajra amrita kundale hana hana hung pey
Om svabhava shuddha sarva dharma svabha shuddho ham.
Everything transforms into emptiness. Out of emptiness comes the syllable DRUM, from which arises
a square celestial mansion with four doors and four gateways. In the centre of this on a variegated
lotus, a sun and moon there appears from the syllable AH a red lotus marked with the syllable HRI.
This transforms into the body of the protector, the Buddha Amitayus. He is ruby coloured and has one
face and two arms. He holds a vase full of the nectar of immortality. He is adorned with the glorious
major and minor marks and sits in the vajra position. From the seed syllables marking His three places
Light radiates inviting the wisdom beings and empowering deities. The wisdom beings dissolve into
Him, becoming inseparable from Him. The empowering deities bestow initiation and His head is
adorned with the Buddha of Boundless Light. The essence of the medicine thus becomes Amitayus.
Goddesses holding attractive offerings make excellent gifts and His mind is satisfied by
uncontaminated bliss.
I pay homage to the Buddha Amitayus
Who protects countless unprotected
Living beings and gives them life.
Having visualized Amitayus before me from the HRI at His heart countless rays of red light in the form
of hooks radiate in the ten directions, summoning the life essence of all victorious ones, the essence
of the breath of all living beings in the six realms, the qualities of the pure essence of the elements
and the essence of the nectar contained in the oceans. This dissolves into His heart and His splendor
blazes.
Visualize all this without allowing your attention to wander.
Recite Om amarani dzi wende svaha ten thousand times or as many times as possible. The recite Om
sarva tathagata amrita shudde ayudhara putam kuru svaha as much as possible.
From now till I attain enlightenment
I will put my hope only in you
As my protector and refuge and in no other.
Never release me from your compassionates embrace
And protect me from all fears
Of the inner and outer Lord of Death.
Repeat this request three times.
Through the power of this intensive request,
The reliance and what relies upon it melt down
Into the actual light of uncontaminated great bliss,
Which becomes the nectar of immortality,
Bestowing liberation when it is tasted>
Saying this and thinking about it, understand this quintessence to be the substance offered to
knowledge holders.
Then offer it to the four kinds of guests, such as your direct and indirect spiritual teachers and your
meditational deities. And thinking that their life, merit, deeds and virtuous have increased, you and
others should use the medicine.
When I see the signs of untimely death,
At that moment may I clearly behold
The form of Amitayus. Defeating the might
Of the Lord of Death, may I become
A holder of the knowledge of immortality.
May this good life, which is hard to find,
Be sustained for a hundred years;
May it not be a container of faults
And wrong-doing, but may it be used
Only for excellent white activities.
May all be auspicious for the completion of
The two kinds of good: my own and others.
Having recited these words of auspiciousness, take the medicine.

Note:please discard it at the hygiene area after used

My own notes:

The above is the exact text that I received with the tea.

Because of my own insights I have changed the last words a bit for myself. So do as you feel what you
should!

When I see the signs of untimely death,

At that moment may I clearly behold
The form of Amitayus. Defeating the might
Of the Lord of Death, may I become
A holder of the knowledge of immortality.
May this good life, (1)
Be sustained for eternity (2);
May it not be a container of faults
And wrong-doing, but may it be used
Only for excellent white activities.
May all be auspicious for the completion of
The two kinds of good: my own and others.
Having recited these words of auspiciousness, take the medicine.

1: you program yourself every time you say this that a good next life will be hard to find, I don’t want
to program myself like that.
2: why only ask for hundred years? I chose to ask eternity and see what I will get. Since this is the
ulitmit goal for me.

The mantra of the hundred seed syllables:
