Bidders are advised to study all technical points,

instructions, forms, terms and specifications
carefully in the tender document. Failure to furnish
all information required in the Tender Document or

submission of a bid not substantially responsive to
the Tender document in every respect will be at
the Bidder’s risk and may result in the rejection of
the bid.

Bidder must submit the Letter of authorization

from the OEM along with the quote, otherwise bid

submitted will not be considered for further
evaluation.

provides more than three-year comprehensive on-
site warranty, same will be applicable.
