Subject: Criminal complaint against Raj Krishan Sharma, Section Officer (Legal &
Recovery), Haryana Khadi & VI Board, Bays 62-65, Sector-2, Panchkula.

It is humbly submitted that:

I have spent my young age over 30 years for the development of Khadi & Village Industry
with Haryana Khadi & VI Board, especially leather Industry, my qualifications are:

1. Post Graduate in Journalism & Mass Communication.

2. Post Graduate Diploma in Journalism & Mass Communication.
3. Diploma in Footwear Technology.
4. Advance Course in Footwear Technology with Distinction.

Whereas Govt. of Haryana nominated me as a Member of State Committee for Slaughter

Houses, Department of Urban & Local Bodies, establishing as a prominent personality,
keeping in view orders passed by Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in CWP 309 of 2003.

Due to some sick mentality & biased officials of the Board, always mishandled my service
matters as I am alien, these black sheep’s never be punished & I was regularly mentally
tortured, badly harassed with heavy financial loss.

Please find attached here with my medical treatment records as proof, holding Raj Krishan
Sharma, Section Officer (Legal & Recovery) responsible for mishandling my service
matters with bad intentions & ulterior motives. In past with bad intentions, he lodged
bogus FIR No. 41 with Panchkula Police, breaching their trust as he represent wrong facts
before them because dismissal agenda was placed before BoD, which is defamatory.

So please take strong legal action against Raj Krishan Sharma, Section Officer (Legal &
Recovery), besides it he tried to blame me responsible for the loss of public during Jat
reservation, my complaint is pending before Court of law because Jhajjar Police inquired
the matter, proved bogus allegations.

It would be pertinent to mention here that due to unavoidable circumstances created by a

gang of Raj Krishan Sharma, Section Officer (Legal & Recovery), I moved voluntarily
retirement at the time of promotion before 5 years because without any cause – reason I

placed under suspension, subsistence allowances also not increased after 6 months etc., his
observation – proposal dated 15-12-2009 can be seen on my EB crossing matter.

Raj Krishan Sharma, Section Officer (Legal & Recovery), duties & functions are to place
legal advice for smooth functioning of the Board in right directions but he concealed the
facts about Board Act since his appointment as many times Board Acts were printed
without modification, he is responsible for the loss.

If anything happen to my life then Raj Krishan Sharma, Section Officer (Legal &
Recovery) be responsible.

Hence Raj Krishan Sharma, Section Officer (Legal & Recovery), Haryana KVIB
committed many cognizable offenses of Indian Panel Code, strict legal action required,
scientific investigation as brain mapping – Narco – Polygraph & brain mapping be applied
to bring out his criminal acts.
