School Improvement (District)

Members are responsible for facilitation of development, implementation, monitoring, and
reviewing/evaluating plan. Attendance at Facilitators of School Improvement training as well as
SIT meetings is expected.

Crisis Team (District)
Members attend semi-annual meetings. Crisis plans, drill schedules are reviewed and materials
updated.

PLC/Goals/Evaluations (District)

Member attends district meetings to develop PLC topics and facilitates PLC meetings with staff
in regard to evaluations and goals. Works in coordination with administration.

Data and Technology Team
Members will collect NWEA data twice per year and develop a student data wall. The data wall
will be formatted for students to reflect and respond to their progress. 1-2 times per year
members will analyze data collected from perception surveys and profiles, and disseminate
information to assist with other teams’ needs.
Members explore the tools provided by the online courseware and facilitate opportunities for
peer training. This can include conversation tools, cooperative learning tools, grade books,
courseware options, web page options, etc. Educational opportunities beyond the online
software should also be expanded.

School Culture Team
Members will assist in the development of student guidelines, program guidelines, timelines,
and requirements. Orientation, Count Day, academic testing schedules, school-home
communication, and parent involvement are among the tasks of this team.
Members also develop initiatives to reach students in varying capacities. This can include, but is
not limited to student leadership, student engagement incentives, student celebrations,
positive student community service, field trips, and academic contests. Continue to monitor
support for struggling students. This can include academic, emotional, financial, trauma,
behavior, etc.
