nimal shelters in DeKalb and Fulton counties
are at capacity after receiving more than 1,800
animals in July, according to Lifeline Animal
Project officials.
Lifeline took in 870 animals in July this year compared
with 706 in July last year. Officials said they are in need of
foster caregivers to house the animals until a home can be
found.
