INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE CANDIDATES

1. The Admit Card is provisional, subject to the eligibility conditions given in the Information Bulletin.
2. Candidates are suggested to visit the examination venue, a day in advance, so that they can reach the venue on time on the day of examination.
3. Candidates are required to present the following documents to the examination officials, for identity verification:
* Admit Card downloaded from the NTA website (a clear preferably colour printout on A4 size paper).
* Passport size photograph (same as uploaded with the Online Application Form) to be pasted on the attendance sheet at the Centre.
* Any one of the original and valid Photo Identification Proof issued by the government – PAN card/ Driving License/ Voter ID/ Passport/ Aadhaar Card (With
photograph)/E- Aadhaar/Ration Card
* PwD certificate issued by the Competent Authority, if claiming the relaxation under PwD category. Detailed guidelines are available at the link

Note: No Candidate would be allowed to enter the Examination Centre, without identity verification.
4. Candidates are NOT allowed to carry any personal belongings including electronic and communication devices like mobile/cell phones, electronic watch, calculator, smart
electronic gadgets etc. and any other material listed in the Information Bulletin, to the Examination Centre. Examination Officials will not be responsible for safe keep of
personal belongings.
5. Pen/ Pencil and blank paper sheets for rough work will be provided in the examination Hall/Room. Candidates must write their name and Roll Number at the top of the
sheet, and must return the sheet and Admit card to the Invigilator, before leaving the examination Hall/Room.
6. Candidates should take their seat immediately after opening of the Examination Hall. They can login and read instructions, before the commencement of the examination.
7. Candidates will NOT be permitted to leave the Examination Room/Hall before the end of examination. After the completion of the examination, candidates should hand
over their rough sheet and Pen/Pencil to the invigilator on duty.
8. No Candidate should adopt any unfair-means or indulge in any unfair examination practices. Impersonation or attempt to impersonate would invite forfeiture of the
candidature. Any candidate found resorting to any unfair-means or malpractices or misconduct during the examination, including giving/ receiving help to/from any
candidate shall be debarred from the examination.
9. Candidates must enter required details in the Attendance Sheet in legible handwriting, put their signature, Left Hand Thumb Impression and paste the Photograph at the
appropriate place. They should ensure that their Left-Hand Thumb Impression is clear and not smudged.
10. The mode of the examination shall be Computer Based Test (CBT). Candidate must enter his/her Username (Examination Roll No.), Pin No. (Date of birth in YYYYMMDD)
and Password (which shall be given in the Examination Hall) to login 5 minutes before the Examination Start time. Please ensure that your Name and other details which
will subsequently appear on the screen are correct.
11. A Virtual Non-Programmable Calculator shall be provided on the computer screen during the examination, where ever permissible.
12. The scores of candidates taking up the entrance examination JAT -BMS/BBA(FIA) & B.A. (Hons.) Business Economics shall be subjected to a Normalization Process as
mentioned in NTA Website - https://jeemain.nic.in/WebInfo/Handler/FileHandler.ashx?i=File&ii=4&iii=Y
13. There is a common Entrance Test for M.Phil. and Ph.D. programme.
14. Candidates appearing in multiple tests/ papers, efforts have been made to allocate same centre, as far as possible.
15. In case, separate application form(s) have been filled by a candidate, NTA will not have any responsibility to ensure allocation of same Centre.

1. यह वेश प अनंितम है तथा सूचना बुलेिटन म दी गई पा ता शत के अधीन है ।

2. परी ािथयों को सूिचत िकया जाता है िक वे परी ा से एक िदन पूव परी ा थल पर मण कर तािक वे परी ा के िदन समय पर परी ा क पर प ँ च सक ।
3. परी ािथयों को अपनी पहचान के स ापन के िलए परी ा अिधका रयों को िन िल खत द ावेज ुत करने होंगेः
* वेश प एनटीए वेबसाइट से डाउनलोड िकया गया (ए4 साइज पेपर पर प से रं गीन ि ंटआउट)।
* पासपोट आकार की फोटो (िजसका आनलाइन आवेदन म भी योग िकया गया है ।) िजसका योग उप थित प क म िचपकाने के िलए िकया जाएगा।
* सरकार ारा जारी िकए गए मूल और वैध फोटो पहचान माण म से कोई एक जैसे िक पैन काड / डाइिवंग लाइसस / वोटर आईडी / पासपोट / आधार काड (फोटो
के साथ) / ई- आधार / राशन काड ।
* यिद आप िद ां ग ेणी के तहत छूट का दावा कर रहे ह तो इस संबंध म स म ािधकारी ारा जारी िकया गया िद ां ग माणप ुत कर।

नोट-िकसी भी परी ाथ को िबना पहचान स ापन के परी ा क म वेश करने की अनुमित नहीं दी जाएगी।
4. परी ाथ िकसी भी गत सामान जैसे िक इले ॉिनक और संचार उपकरण जैसे मोबाइल / सेल फोन , इले ॉिनक घड़ी , कैलकुलेटर, ाट इले ॉिनक गैजेट आिद और
सूचना बुलेिटन म सूचीब िकसी भी अ साम ी को परी ा क म नहीं ले की अनुमित नहीं है । परी ा अिधकारी गत सामानों को सुरि त रखने के िलए िज ेदार नहीं होंगे।
5. रफ काय के िलए पेन / पिसल और रफ शीट परी ा क / क म दान िकए जाएं गे। परी ािथयों को अपना नाम और अनु मां क शीट के शीष पर िलखना चािहए और परी ा
क / क से बाहर िनकलने से पहले रफ शीट और वेश प िनरी क को वापस करना होगा।
6. परी ािथयों को परी ा समा होने से पहले परी ा क / हॉल छोड़ने की अनुमित नहीं है । परी ािथयों को परी ा के पूरा होने के तुरंत बाद ही अपनी रफ शीट और पेन / पिसल
िनरी क को सौंप दे नी चािहए।
7. परी ािथयों को परी ा क म वेश के तुरंत बाद अपना थान ले लेना चािहए। परी ाथ परी ा शु होने से पहले लॉिगन कर परी ा से संबंिधत िनदशों को पढ़ सकते ह।
8. िकसी भी परी ाथ को अनुिचत वहार नहीं करना चािहए और न ही िकसी अनुिचत परी ा प ित म िल होना चािहए। परी ा के दौरान िकसी भी अ थ ारा यिद िकसी भी
अनुिचत-साधन या कदाचार या कदाचार का योग करते ए पाया गया िजसम िकसी भी परी ाथ को / से सहायता लेना /दे ना या ित पण करने का यास करना स िलत है
तो ऐसी थित म उसकी अ िथता र कर दी जाएगी ।
9. परी ािथयों को सुपा िलखावट म उप थत प क म आव क िववरण, अपना ह ा र , बाएं हाथ का अंगूठा छाप और उपयु थान पर फोटो ाफ िचपकाना इ ािद दज
करना होगा होगा। परी ाथ को यह भी सुिनि त करना चािहए िक उनके बां ये हाथ के अंगूठे की छाप हो ।
10. परी ा कं ूटर आधा रत ऑनलाइन टे (CBT) मोड म आयोिजत की जाएगी परी ा शु होने से 5 िमनट पहले लॉिगन करने के िलए परी ाथ को अपना उपयोगकता नाम
(परी ा अनु मां क), िपन नंबर (YYYYMMDD म ज ितिथ) और पासवड (जो परी ा हॉल म िदया जाएगा) दज करना होगा। कृपया सुिनि त कर िक आपका नाम और अ
िववरण जो बाद म ीन पर िदखाई दगे होने चािहए ।
11. परी ा के दौरान अनुमित यो कं ूटर ीन पर एक वचुअल नॉन ो ामेबल कैलकुलेटर उपल कराया जाएगा ।
12. JAT -BMS/BBA(FIA) & B.A. (Hons.) Business Economics की वेश परी ा दे ने वाले अ िथयों के अंकों को एक सामा ीकरण ि या के अधीन एनटीए की
वेबसाइट https://jeemain.nic.in/WebInfo/Handler/FileHandler.ashx?i=File&ii=&iii=Y म उ खत िकया जाएगा ।
13. M.Phil/ Ph.D. के िलए एक ही सामा वेश परी ा आयोिजत की जाएगी ।
14. िविभ परी ाओं / पेपरों म उप थत होने वाले परी ािथयों के िलए यथासंभव उसी क को आवंिटत करने का यास िकया गया है ।
15. यिद िकसी परी ाथ ारा अलग-अलग आवेदन प भरा गया है , तो NTA ारा एक ही क परी ा आवंिटत करने की िज ेदारी नहीं होगी।
16. परी ािथयों को सूिचत िकया जाता है िक वे िनयिमत प से NTA / DU की वेबसाइट NTA’s website : www.nta.ac.in DU’s website : www.du.ac.in पर अपडे ट
की जाँ च कर ।
17. परी ाथ नवीनतम अपडे ट और जानकारी के िलए अपने पंजीकृत मोबाइल नंबर पर पंजीकृत मेल पते और एसएमएस पर अपने मेलबॉ की जां च कर सकते ह।
18. िकसी भी िवसंगित पाए जाने पर अं ेजी म िदए गए िनदश ही मा होंगे।
