Job Title:
1. Food & Beverage Manager

Key Requirements
 Minimum 2 years of experience as an Food & Beverage Manager at a luxury brand
 Possesses strong communication skills, both verbal and written
 Demonstrates outstanding leadership
 The ability to delegate responsibilities, organise complex projects, and establish priorities
consistent with the hotel’s short term and long term objectives.
 Be able to take a strategic overview and plan ahead to maximise profits.
 Demonstrates a high level of attention to the details, setting the example for employees to deliver
a standard of service and presentation that meets the needs of our guests and the Company.
 Possesses strong business and commercial acumen along with excellent people management
and development skills.

Key Requirements
 Minimum 2 years of experience in as similar role in a 5 star hotel/ resort
 Experience in Maldives resort will be an added advantage
 Excellent command of written and spoken English language
 Excellent communication, attention to detail
 Strong Interpersonal skills, Self-motivated & good team worker
 Able to handle demanding workloads
