1. Food & Beverage Manager
Key Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience as an Food & Beverage Manager at a luxury brand
Possesses strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Demonstrates outstanding leadership
The ability to delegate responsibilities, organise complex projects, and establish priorities
consistent with the hotel’s short term and long term objectives.
Be able to take a strategic overview and plan ahead to maximise profits.
Demonstrates a high level of attention to the details, setting the example for employees to deliver
a standard of service and presentation that meets the needs of our guests and the Company.
Possesses strong business and commercial acumen along with excellent people management
and development skills.

Key Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in as similar role in a 5 star hotel/ resort
Experience in Maldives resort will be an added advantage
Excellent command of written and spoken English language
Excellent communication, attention to detail
Strong Interpersonal skills, Self-motivated & good team worker
Able to handle demanding workloads
