O R D E R:

In the letter 4th read above, the Vice Chairman and Managing Director,
M/s Andhra Pradesh Mineral Development Corporation Limited, Vijayawada has
stated that Government vide GO 2nd read above have appointed Sri Anil Chandra
Punetha, IAS, as Chairman of the Corporation w.e.f.,15.05.2019, and vide GO 3rd
read above, have relieved him from the services on attaining the age of
superannuation on 31.05.2019.

2. The VC&MD, APMDC Limited, Vijayawada has, therefore, requested the

Government for necessary orders in respect of appointment of the Chairman on
the Board.

3. Government, after careful examination of the entire matter with

reference to the orders issued vide GOs 1st to 3rd read above, hereby appoint
Secretary to Government (Mines & Geology), III&C Department as Chairman of
A.P. Mineral Development Corporation Ltd., in terms of the orders issued vide
G.O.1st read above.

4. The VC&MD, APMDC Limited, Vijayawada shall take necessary action in

the matter accordingly.
