Title of the Activity: School Monitoring Evaluation and Adjustments (SMEA)


Objective:
 To evaluate activities which were recenntly concluded by the school as to
how they have gone and been done, re:
 Scouting Month Celebration
 To monitor adjustments on the concerns of the school which are timely
relevant, re:
 Mean and MPS;
 Least-learned test items;
 Mastery level
 Pupils’ attendance

Venue: Grade VI Classroom, Bonga Elementary School

Target Participants: School Head and Teachers of Bonga Elementary School

Expected Number of Participants: 8 Elementary Grade Teachers and 1 School Head

Actual Number of Participants: 8 Elementary Grade Teachers and 1 School Head

Activity Facilitator: JONATHAN D. CABAEL, TIC

Training Evaluation Rating: Concerns involving evaluation and adjustments were totally
discussed and managed according to importance.

Narrative Report:

To evaluate the recently concluded scouting month celebration citing its plusses and

minuses, enumearting the things to consider for improvement and enhanced was one thing

discussed during the School Monitoring Evaluation and Adjustmenst held by the school on
November 9,2018, Friday. It was discussed among the group that there should be fixed schedule

on its conduct, preparation should be rigid and should cover ample time on process. It was

mentioned further that proper guidance of the scout leaders to the participants should strictly be

observed as pupils were playful of the time which should be under rehearsals of yells and

presentions for the campfire. Consistently, it was noted that each scout leader should maintain

the knowledge on the technicalities in holding such an activity.

On the other hand, the facilitator gathered the data needed in terms of Mean/MPS, least-

learned test items, mastery level, and pupils’ attendance through the School Data Gathering Tool

which was timely discussing about as the 2nd quarter of the school year has just ended.

After thorough discussion of the abovementioned details concerning school monitoring

evaluation and adjustments, some other least-concerned issues were tackled and monitored, as

such the layouting of the school paper and DLL concerns.

The SMEA started at exactly 8:00 o’clock in the morning and successfully ended at 12:00

noon.
