I’m a human being living in boundless ataraxia.

Enza Vita- the present is just another name for our consciousness.

QE Triangulation- find/feel blockages and have the intention to

open….and this openness does the rest.

SHORT VERSION OF FORGIVENESS PRAYER

You can use this in any instant that you feel triggered emotionally
or physically. When expressed with heartfelt sincerity, this is an
exceptionally powerful prayer that initiates the miracle:

“Holy Spirit, please help me to forgive MYSELF

for having unknowingly used___(person, pain,
sickness, lack, anxiety, self-judgment, anger,
etc)____to attack myself, and to separate from
your Love as my Holy Self. Amen.”

When we give up the struggle against what is happening, we’re

immediately free and complete.

Joey Lott- lose all the way; all the terrifying stuff….worries,
thoughts….slowly and consistently begin to allow it all.

Scary because it exposes the fear of extinction (but you don’t really
exist).

Every moment becomes a direct experience of your eternal nature.

Craig Holliday- at the heart of what we are trying to get rid of is the
beauty of all creation.

All Is Well/ JJ Matthews

New perspective- instead of concern that we may not feel at peace,
return instead to the mystery of the present moment.

Self contraction does not hide spirit but is a radiant expression of it….

Now there is no self.

Identified with body and mind I suffer; everything is inside your

awareness --- not yours---- everything is the same energy, the light of
God.

Love is the experience of ultimate trust…..knowledge that I am

radiantly whole and safe forever.

Drama of the world- we have urgent problems which need to be

solved.

Yet anger, shame, guilt, sadness….fear……emotional reactions are

reactions to thoughts about the external world.

Love is a constant not generated by conditions.

What is, is heaven; this is it …..trying to free yourself from pain leads
to suffering.

The personal mind plays with possibilities but it doesn’t know

anything.

Just know this: All is well; God alone exists.

The angels always help you.

Turn your attention from objects which reflect the light to the light
itself.
Remain absorbed in the Infinite bliss of your heart.

Grasping for happiness is the cause of all trouble. All trouble vanishes
when you abide in bliss, in the heart.

Gail Brenner:
This path takes us into the stories we take to be true about ourselves, other people,
our past, and the world—and to the realization that they are a false description of
the reality of things.

It takes us into our judgments, expectations, and ways that we resist—and shows us
how these arbitrary thought patterns that define the personal self are what make us
suffer.

And it takes us into the murky stew of our emotions to liberate the life force from its
trap of anxiety and lack.

We make the stunning and utterly remarkable discovery that the

happiness/peace/sense of being okay we’ve been longing for has been buried within
us all along. It comes to light once the structures that make up our personal
identities fall apart...like a house of cards in the wind.

What we might call the spiritual path is an expansion beyond all objects of the
material world. We live in the world, but we take it lightly because we know it’s not
the absolute truth of who we are.

Who we are is the formless open space that’s infinitely alive and aware. And
knowing this, we have the amazing insight that we can actually live according to this
truth—surrendered, getting out of the way and letting things unfold, intimate with all
things, noticing love everywhere.

Call it spirituality, happiness, consciousness, the ultimate reality—words only point

to what can only be known in direct experience. And this is the invitation: to turn
toward ourselves, to be utterly still, and to know that we’re one with the vibration of
life.
