Why Domestic Violence Existing?

Whenever I watch television, listening the news in radio, there are many times that it feels
me worried and anxiety to my children. Seventy five percent of the issue is about
extraordinary killing, rape, physical and emotional abuse that suffered many helpless
young children, women and even men. Sometimes it’s hard to understand why this could
be happen? What are the causes and effects of this common crime?
Sad to say, the abuse begun within in the family. Like wife always beaten by her husband
and children was physically and mentally abused by their parents. Victim is not always a
victim until the ball is rolling. This has a tremendous effects of human lives. Sometimes
their bad experience lead them to success while others remain silent, hiding, helpless
and full of hatred. This could affect their personal behavior that turn into committing crime.
This inhuman acts from the old times up to the present. Domestic violence is really
existing. Many people suffer of hunger because of corrupted officials, women are sexually
exploited because of money. Children at the young early age force to work, and most of
all, women endured the physical an emotional pain that they received from their husband.
Domestic violence defined to all acts of physical, sexual, psychological or economic
violence that may be committed by another member or the same household of the family.
It is a tremendous crime that happen every day worldwide. According to Mathama Gandhi
“ As you may know domestic violence doesn’t always start off as violence it start off in the
form of love”
It’s hard to imagine why a victim of domestic violence still remain silent. There are many
people and agencies that are willing to help and support. The victim should go through
medical and psychological medication before it’s late.
