I STUDENT LEARNING OUTCOMES (SLO)

Students will be able to use expressions of agreement or disagreement.

II LESSON DEVELOPMENT

A: LEAD IN: (Timing: 10 minutes)

Teacher present the objective of the class and then starts the lead- in by showing pictures
about food and movies asking for different personal opinion to each student using
expressions of agreement or disagreement. Teacher will give chocolates to students who
participate.

B: CONDUCTION OF THE LEARNING PROCESS (Timing: 20 minutes)

ACTIVITIES INTERACTION

Teacher tell students to open their books on pg. 67 and ask a student to Together
read the instructions of section A.
Then, teacher checks comprehension by asking them: “What do we have
to do?” Students have to answer: “We have to …..”

After that, students will listen the conversation and then they will give the
answers of the questions.
To do this teacher asks students: “What’s your answer for “not afraid” Teacher to
and “movie that shows real event”. a student

Teacher explain the meaning of the words in bold by showing images. Together
Then, teacher say the conversations and students have to repeat it.

Students do mingle and when the music stops, they have to practice the Mingle,
conversation with a different partner. Later, students have to practice the student to

Students have to create a new conversations using their favorite movie In pairs ,
and present it in front of the class (5´ to prepare) face to face
While students prepare their conversations teacher monitors, then,
teacher tell students that they have 2´to finish if they need more time
the teacher is going to give them 3´extra.

After that, two pairs present their conversation in front of the class.

In order to practice the expressions they are going to write a statement Individually
in a paper for example “I think Avengers end game was a bad movie”.

Then, they have to make a paper plane, through it and take another
plane.
Later, teacher will choose 4 victims to read the statements in front of the Individually
class and say if she/he thinks the same or not, using the expressions.
