Introduction of the Guest Speaker

This day will be noted us to be one of those rare and wonderful moments
because of our invited guest. His name echoes the essence of service, dedication and
compassion. His achievements even when he was still a student are truly commendable
as they mirror his great sense of commitment, hard work and passion. He obtained his
high school diploma in Bulan National High School and graduated in Bicol University Gubat
campus with the degree of Bachelor in Secondary Education major in Physics as a
Commission on Higher Education scholar. This man truly valued education as a life
changing drive for he ventured into getting post graduate studies. He further advanced
his knowledge in Sorsogon State College Graduate Studies obtaining the degree of Master
of Arts in Management major in Administration and Supervision and took pride in
receiving the award of Best Thesis.

But dear friends, honing the mind is not the sole aspiration of this man for
he also wanted to develop his physical skills by studying Wellness Massage at Technical
Education Skills Development Authority or TESDA…. Indeed he is a man of intellectual
and skill pursuits. But most of all, he is an educational rock star. Making a name
distinctively his own as an educational icon at a very young age, he studied Doctor in
Philosophy major in Educational Development in Annunciation College of Bacon Sorsogon
Unit Inc. and has been conferred with flying colors, with the title Bene Meritus, a Latin
honor equivalent to Magna Cum Laude and also being given to students who have
excellent dissertations.

Presently he is the mind and hands behind Gate National High School in
Magallanes Sorsogon. In spite of all his achievements, this sturdy figure like a plant rice
heavy with produce, remains facing the ground. Friends, ladies and gentlemen, it is my
honor and pride to present to you, the man of excellent intellect and character coupled
with great looks, Dr. Michael G. Oseo.
