Title of the activity: PowerPoint Presentation Quarter: Fourth Quarter

PowerPoint Presentation

Goal The goal is to create a presentation on how kids of their age can help care for the
environment. The presentation should be informative, and creative that suggests ways
or tips how to help care the environment.

Given two-day task activity, students are expected to:

A. demonstrate a clear understanding and skill in the use of MS PowerPoint;
B. create a compelling presentation on how to help care for the environment.

Role You are an environmental advocate.

Audience The target audiences are the people of the town especially those concerned with
polluting the environment.

Situation You need to convince the townspeople to stop polluting the environment, be
responsible in disposing of their waste and take an active part in the cleanliness of the
environment. This can be done through the creation of PowerPoint presentation.

This is an individual task activity. You need to create a PowerPoint Presentation on how
kids of their age can help care for the environment that focuses on the following
functions of MS PowerPoint:
Performance  Inserting Slides
 Inserting Objects and pictures
 Applying Slide Designs
 Applying Slide Transitions and Animations

Task Procedures

1. Open a document on the desktop. This document contains information and

pictures of situations that show how people can care for the environment.
2. Create a PowerPoint on how kids of their age can help care for the environment.

3. Provide at least 5 ways or tips how you can help care for the environment.

4. It must have the following requirements:

a. Insert at least 8 slides.

 First Slide: Formulate and type your own Title of the

activity and your complete name.

 Second Slide: Create your outline of the slides.

 Third-Seventh Slide: Formulate the content.

 Final Slide:

b. Each slide must include objects, pictures, animations, and slide

 transitions.

c. Apply your own design themes or background styles.

d. Choose and apply one common transition effects and apply it to all slides.
e. Choose and apply one common animation effects and apply it in every
slide.

5. Be creative and original.

6. Save your work as “familyname.PT”.
7. Upload your file in eclass.
