Sub: Application for short stay visa.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am an Indian resident and my name is Pramit Biswas. I hold an Indian Passport no. N5308477 valid
from 16/12/2025 till 16/12/2025. My permanent address is in Kolkata at 9/1a, Dr Suresh Sarkar Road,
Kolkata 700014. I am currently residing in House mo 397, Block B, Huda Plot, Sec 56, Gurgaon, Haryana
122011.

I am a professional violinist and I teach violin at the Deli School of Music, 8 Nyaya Marg, Diplomatic
Enclave Block C, Chanakyapuri, New Delhi, India. I am applying for a short stay visa from the Hungarian
Embassy as I intend to visit Budapest from the 12th of August till the 19th of August, 2019 to participate
in a Concert and Workshop project as a violinist with the Indo-European Youth Orchestra by Michael
Makhal Symphony Orchestra Pvt Ltd. (MMSO) in collaboration with the very prestigious The Danube
Symphony Orchestra. I have paid the full participation to MMSO which will cover my stay and food in
Budapest. The respective documents have been attached with my visa application.

On completion of my stay at Budapest, I will leave for Milan, Italy on the night of 20th August. I will stay
in Milan till the morning of 22nd of August. I have attached my travel details to Milan including my place
of stay. My travel expenses to Italy and stay will be completely borne by me. I have attached my 4
month bank statement for your reference.

This is an amazing opportunity for me as a violinist because as a musician I will be a member of the first
ever Indian Youth Orchestra who will perform in a concert at the esteemed Blue Danube Palace in
Budapest.

I kindly request you to grant me visa so that I can realize one of my childhood dreams of playing at
concerts in Europe.

Thank you very much in advance for your time and assistance in reviewing my application. If you have
any questions, I can be reached via email at pramitbiswas103@gmail.com or via telephone at +91-

Thanks and Regards,

Sincerely,

Pramit Biswas
