Terms of Payment:
1. Fifty percent (50%) down payment upon receipt of purchase order.
2. Balance on materials C.O.D.
3. All costs provided are Vat Inclusive.
4. Prices quoted are for delivery to Metro Manila, shipment to other locations will be charged
at cost.

Scope of Installation Work is as follows:

1. Assembly of Expansion Joint Covers
2. Installation of Flexible Water Seal (as required)
3. Removal and disposal of debris from site

Exclusions:
1. Gap should be turned over to us ready to accept seismic joint cover based on agreed gap
size and preparation. (We will not be responsible for dismantling the existing seismic joint
cover.)
2. Leak testing and repair of substrate as necessary.
3. Removal of existing platform on top of the seismic joints.
4. Connection of floor drains to plumbing system of the structure.
5. Dye penetrant testing methods in cases of possible leak identification.
6. Our work would not cover chipping works, slab repair activities, rectification works,
plugging of cracks, re-application of water proofing and other prior activities to actual
installation works.
7. Scaffolds and Access to Seismic Joints (Major)
8. Relocation of any and all utilities necessary for the installation.

Notes:
1. Prices will remain valid for order within (2) two weeks of this quotation.
2. Lead time for ordering of Expansion Joint Cover is (30) thirty days upon receipt of down
payment subject to delays beyond our control. Installation would cover one month subject
to the condition of the gap upon turnover.
3. All materials will be provided one (1) year warranty, the whole installation is provided
with free lifetime service warranty.
 4. All payments will be in check payable to RLA Consultants International Inc.
5. Section details presented are subject to change without prior notice.
6. Gap size and preparation should be strictly as specified (quotation is strictly for gap sizes
identified). Adjustments in cost will be made if gap sizes are not as specified.
7. Client will be responsible for expansion joint cover upon receipt of shipment.
8. Covers are supplied in 8 feet commercial cutting length based on requirements.
9. Profiles do not include fire barrier system and is separately offered in this quote.
10. Payment is due upon presentation of Invoice and proof of delivery, a two percent interest
will be charged for every month delay in payment.
11. Electricity and water will be provided free on site.
