DUBLIN, OHIO — Nestle USA has invested $31 million in its Nestle Quality Assurance Center in
Dublin, Ohio, which was designed to support the implementation and maintenance of food safety
programs. The newly expanded center is now Nestle’s largest and most sophisticated testing facility
and the lead quality assurance center for all Nestle businesses in the Americas region. Enhancements
include advanced food safety systems and the development of a network of quality and safety experts
and laboratories.

The center has doubled in size to 82,000 square feet, which includes an expanded 32,000 square foot
microbiology lab and renovated chemistry lab and associated facilities to increase capacity and
efficiency and improve safety of products tested.
