Purpose of the Relate and illustrate teaching assessment literacy and
text classroom-based assessment principles by a framework
design to give teachers a guidance.
What is the text
about?
The author starts contrasting her research about assessment
with other different investigations in order to understand more
the field of assessment in the role of teaching and learning.
The text also trace some concepts about informal
assessments and its implications on learning processes. It
also arises the assessment confusions that teachers have and
its consequences. And in order to help teachers to solve that
issues the author gives some questions or a framework to
have a guideline when they think about construction and
development of assessment.

Conclusions I can
write after reading
One of the most significant conclusions that I can take from
the document is about the importance to become more
conscious about all the factors that affect assessment and
also how beliefs can permeate the creation and
implementation of assessments in our teaching and learning
processes.

Concepts or ideas
I do not
understand/ The text was understandable and full of important content for
concerns us as teachers. I consider that I have a a well comprehension
about the things that where describe in the document
