Also, I heal better. Little cuts from working in the garden were
always annoying because they hurt and I needed to use
disinfectant to heal. This is not the case anymore (that's a real big
one for me!). I still plan on shedding another 4 kg and getting in
even better shape.

It actually works! The general principles are easy enough – eat
whole foods, mostly plants. And it helps to consider that those
food choices are actually what works best for our bodies based
on where we are from an evolutionary perspective. Logic is
always good. The differentiator, though, is the support for paying
attention to your inner voices around food behaviour, and then
providing strategies for changing those behaviours. Nutrition
meets behavioural psychology meets neuro-evolutionary biology.
A powerful and effective combination.
I have lost 15 pounds and still losing. And about 16 inches overall. And - even BETTER - I'm
wearing clothes I haven't fit into for over three years.
I was a very healthy eater ( at least I thought so). […] But more
importantly deep down I felt something was not right with what

walking everyday, going to strength classes a couple times a week and have started hot yoga

every night even if I wake for 1/2 hour. I wake refreshed and ready to take on the day! I have
released 14 lbs and my shape has changed and I feel so much happier about my body! […]
