Womb Cleansing Ceremony

Part One
The womb is a deeply receptive by nature, this can be a great gift, but
often we absorb negative and toxic energy into our wombs as well.
Embracing a time of release allows us to release any extraneous energy
that is not beneficial for us and reveals to us what really matters and
what we need to prioritise in our lives.
I invite you to take some time to cleanse your womb. Sitting on the earth
for a womb cleansing and release ritual where you reflect upon any
habits beliefs patterns that are blocking your c reative flow, looking at
your stories around the creative process, around offering your sacred
gifts out into the world.
Ultimately we release through the earth. The earth mother Gaia is here
to take from us what is not ours, what no longer serves, she is the great
composter, transmuting. Womb cleansing is most powerful when we can
surrender into a place of effortless, opening and surrendering to gravity.
This time of cleansing calls us to take some alone time, to reflect and let
go of distractions so that we can really listen to our inner voice and
receive intuitive guidance on how to nourish ourselves, build our
creations, heal and transform what no longer serves our souls to flourish
in thrive as we create a life that we adore.
Taking the time of conscious womb cleansing gives us times to look at
our core patterns and to grow and evolve.
I invite you, if you don’t already, to make your bleeding time a conscious
time for rest, reflection and retreat. If you are in menopause and not
bleeding it is still really important to make a time each month for some
quite solitary time to spend resting, reflecting and releasing the womb of
anything that has been built up or is clouding your creative flow.
When we are menstruating or days when we feel vulnerable, emotion ally
transparent and physically low energy it usually corresponds to the
wombs readiness to release accumulated energy from the womb.
We emerge from the retreat, refreshed and renewed and ready to
embrace a new creative cycle.

LOVE, WISDOM & POWER
A flame is a symbolic way of referring to the Divine spark within you.
The three fold flame carries the balance of love, wisdom and power,
sourced from our three main intuitive energy centres the womb/ hara,
heart and third eye and finally united in the heart through the figure
eight.
We can ignite this Divine Spark through our devotional prayer,
intentional breath and sacred practice.

Womb & Hara Flame

In the womb / hara we carry the flame of power.
The fire of Shakti.
Our Divine Feminine Essence.
When we cultivate the flame in the womb, she glows as a golden ball of
light.
The seat of our evolutionary life force.
The flame of our shakti power.
Within this flame of power carries the seeds of our soul passion and
purpose.

Heart Flame
In the heart chakra lies the flame of love.
When we centre into our hearts flame.
We are guided by the wisdom of love.
The hearts knowing.
The heart flame carries a soft, vulnerable intuition that goes beneath
what is spoken into the subtle realms of the unspoken yet deeply felt.
Through the wisdom of the heart flame we know through feeling.
We learn to trust our feelings as an intuitive guide.

Third Eye Flame

 In the third eye centre, we carry the flame of wisdom.
The Universal Light that carries the all knowing wisdom of universal truth
The pure consciousness of Divine Mind and pure thought.
When we cultivate the flame in the third eye we illuminate our Divine
Mind.
We can experience a Shakti white out and have access to the Divine
Wisdom that comes through the silence.

Activating the Three Fold

Flame
As we activate each flame individually in the womb/hara, the heart
chakra and the third eye chakra we blend the three flames through an
infinity that links all the flames and balances all three qualities of love,
wisdom and power.
Observe which flame or centre is weaker than the others and work to
bring balance.
When all three are balanced we can centre into the heart and blend all
three flames into one flame.
As we blend the three flames of power in the womb, love in the heart and
wisdom in the third eye we can blend the three qualities and centre into
the heart as our main intuitive operating system.
We live our days guided by the three fold qualities of love, wisdom
and power.

As you enter through your most sacred gateway and reach up to the roof
of your yoni, you find your G Spot, named after Dr Grafenburg who
supposedly discovered it, yet I am sure he did not have one. So in due
respect to those of us who do have one, we will call her the Goddess
Spot.
When treated with the kind of attention she loves, our Goddess Spot
becomes a pleasure centre for a women’s wild feminine, ecstatic

The Shadow – Sacred Rage

Massaging the G-spot is deeply sacred and can access pain, numbness,
grief anger and even rage. The first time my partner, massaged my G
spot with healing intention, I experienced incredible rage, I let it through
and then it cleared and I have been able t o experience amrita orgasms
