It is true that the planetary set up during birth is based on past karma but we
can’t predict the past life with astrology. In fact, the purpose of astrology is not
to find the past karma but the consequences of our karma. If I were the one who
created the karma then I am the one who can also alter it. So always use
astrological guidance to understand the consequence of past karma and take a
conscious effort to alter your future karma.

Coming to consequences of Moon and Ketu conjunction, Moon is the karaka for

Dr Vinay Bajrangi has pointed out few good points especially Ketu ,s distance
from the 12th house. It is true that position ,aspect and conjunctions [PAC ]
reveal a lot . But mostly NADIS reveal a lot about past life if only one seeks
sincerely and is destined to get .The general AK and the individual ,s AK reveal
past life . For this reference points are the 9th and 12th houses. K.N. RAO in his
book KARMA & REBIRTH in HINDU ASTROLOGY writes about many
things.Irrespective all these when MOON ls with ketu it really makes the person
unsteady. Seek peace from the ALMIGHTY.
