Sašo Stanojkoviḱ lives and works in Skopje, Macedonia. In 1985 he graduated from the Faculty of Fine Art
in Skopje and he received his MA in 2011 for his research project “Space for Protest.” He is a member of
DLUM – The Association of Macedonian Artists and the London based art collective “London Biennale”.
His work focuses on different models of self-organised activities by individuals, groups or communities of
people and he explores the critical relations between the conditions behind the formation of such
communities and the public and working spaces (galleries, cinemas, and public spaces).
