AFFIDAVIT OF WITHDRAWAL
(from the Board of Directors and as Incorporator/Shareholder)

I, JENNY D. PERALTA, Filipino, of Legal age resident of Prk Sinamar Caanamongan, Sta. Ignacia, Tarlac
Philippines. 2303. After being sworn to in accordance with law, depose and state:

1. That we compose the original incorporators and members of the Board of Directors of E-COMMERCE,
HOUSE OF ENTREPRENEURS INC., with principal address at Unit 1704 17th Floor Summit One Tower,
Shaw Blvd., Wakwak, Mandaluyong City. (As per Contract of Lease) and with SEC Registration Number
CS201951043.
2. That I, JENNY D. PERALTA, has withdrawn from E-COMMERCE, HOUSE OF ENTREPRENEURS
INC., as incorporator and member of the Board of Directors;

3. That from the beginning It was not my intention to join in the company but I was pleased and invited to use
my name as incorporators just to fill the vacancy and complete the numbers of Shareholder.

4. That It was an honor to be part of the company. However, It is bitter spill to swallow the truth that during my
term as one of the incorporators all the gratitude that I have received are stresses, sleepless night and indeed
it caused to prejudice my health condition. Further, such activities of the company are beyond my principles
and beliefs.
5. Ergo, turning a blind eye to the compliance might occur Legal impediments and these reasons lead me to
withdraw from my election/appointment as part of the Board of Directors and Incorporator/Shareholder of
the company.

6. That I am executing this Affidavit to attest to the truth of the forgoing and in support of the corporation’s
application for registration at the Securities and Exchange Commission.
