2. All booking amounts made with the dealership are non–interest bearing. In event of any booking amount/full payment cancellation, amount will be refunded without any interest.
3. Refund will be provided by cheque within 10 working days of cancellation of booking with letter of request & original booking receipt.
4. Tha above EX-Showroom price is inclusive of GST & Cess as applicable on allcarsveriant wise.
5. GST is applicable on all Advance Payments including bookings subject to adjustable against Sales invoice billed later on.
6. Incase so self Registration by the customer - undertaking is required from the customer.
7. Once RTO tax & insurance amount has been paid the vehicle cannot be Changed/Replaced/Cancelled.
8. Finance & Exchange Facility is also available. All rights of approval & loan disbursement are reserved with the bank/financier.

14.Temporary registration charges of Rs. 1500/- will be applicable in case of self-registration by customer.
15.All Payments has to be made through Cash/DD/Cheque in favor of Bhavna Automobiles Pvt. Ltd. payable at Navi Mumbai.
16.All disputes are subject toMumbai Jurisdiction.
