The Filipino community is now taking on full responsibilities of their own health issues. In
this issue, don’t forget what you can do for your health to achieve wellness.
Maintaining a positive behavior, we should have a daily routine which represents how
to take care of ourselves. It will help us emotionally, physically, and socially. We should
maintain these routines to reduce the possible effects of an unhealthy lifestyle.
1. Emotional Wellness relates in understanding each feeling to cope the stress effectively. This
is related to self – care, relaxation and stress reduction to develop the inner growth of your
version.
2. Environmental Wellness talks about your everyday relationship on surroundings. This wellness
shows everyone to aim a calm surrounding.
3. Financial Wellness involves how to manage properly the financial expenses. This problem
especially found in academic performances most of them are college finances which is
really a big problem nowadays.
4. Intellectual Wellness inspires each to have an open mind and have a great understanding
about different circumstances on your lives. In order to have a healthy living of course you
need to have a healthy mind.
7. Social Wellness helps you to perform a social role with everyone. This boosts your own
confidence to have a stronger connection to the people who you are dealing with.
8. Spiritual Wellness is like the emotional wellness which allows you to develop your own
emotion to have a set value in seeking different problems.
There are some examples of wellness activity such as, a campus wellness, wherein every
student must participate to have a fresh mind about the importance of wellness in our lives.
This also involves some healthy exercises which really gained their attention to participate.
God gave us our life in which we need to value and flourish every bit of it. If we
start to live healthy we can project a healthier physique because as they say the greatest
wealth is our health. #
