fluctuating. Likewise, the enrolment by gender is fluctuating too. This
School Year our enrolment was increased.

teachers and pupils we were able to get some awards both in
academic & co-curricular activities

1. School Intervention- Battle of the brain
(Math) every Friday afternoon.
2. Allocated budget from PTA and LGU to
support pupils and teachers’ participation in
all extra-curricular and academic activities.
3. Chalk free every Friday to focus and hone on
pupils’ skills and talent such as theatre,
scouting, dancing, sports, journalism, etc.

INDEPENDENT INSTRUCTIONAL FRUSTRATION

PHIL-IRI results show an improvement in the


students’ literacy. More students have moved from
frustration level to instructional level and from
instructional to independent level both English and
Filipino.

There are eighteen buildings, fifteen of them


serve as instructional buildings with thirty-six
rooms utilized as classrooms by SPED, Kinder to
Grade VI. However, twenty-four classrooms were
need a minor repair and twelve are in good
condition. The three buildings were the canteen,
ICT room and SBM room, and principal’s office.

There is a toilet in every classroom to


accommodate the learners. However, toilets
that are functional need improvement and
repair of its septic tank. Likewise, improve
sanitation facilities.
17. LEARNER SEAT RATIO

There are insufficient seats for every classroom as of this school


year. Most of the desks, tables and chairs available in school need
minor repair and repainting.

Planned Interventions:
1.School initiated the provision of arm chair using pull-outs from
classroom repair.
2.Solicited chairs to the governor.
3.Homeroom initiated procurement of tables and mono-blocks.
