Please note the following:-

Fees denote the following inclusions and exclusions which are merely indicative in nature and in no manner
exhaustive and are subject to amendments at the sole discretion of the School management.

o Day Field Trips – 4 times in a year within the city

o Bearer Card

 Fee Exclusions
o Uniform and Shoes
o External Examination Fees
o Post School Activities
o Kids Club (wherever the facility is available)
o VIVA Inter-School Workshops and Competitions (Sports and Co-curricular activities)
o Costumes, Collaterals and Props required for Annual Concert, Competitions, Special Days and
Events
o Transport Services
o Additional School Essentials
o Replacement of ID Card and Bearer Card
Dear Parent,

Kindly note the following details regarding payment of fees for confirmation of admission of your ward for
the Academic Year (AY) 2019-20.

 The fees are to be paid before 06-Apr-2019. Please refer to the table overleaf for details of Fees
Structure for the AY 2019-20.
Important: Late Payment fee of 3% per month on the overdue amount will be charged, if the fees are
not paid within the stipulated date as mentioned in the fees structure.

 Fees counter timings are 9 am to 3 pm from Monday to Saturday (except select bank holidays).

 Payment to be made by Cheque / Demand Draft (DD) in favour of “VIBGYOR ROOTS FURSUNGI” at
the School fees counter or via E-mandate.

 All Cheques / DD / E-mandates must be of the exact amount. Short payments will not be accepted.

 Please fill the payment d etail form attached with this circular and present the same to the fees
counter at the time of payment.

 Please collect the acknowledgement for all payments before leaving the fees Counter.

 Admission is completed and confirmed only upon receipt of full fees as stipulated.

 School Essentials will be despatched only post receipt of specified fees.

 Please ensure there is sufficient balance in the given bank account so that the PDCs (Post Dated
Cheques) /
E-mandates are honoured. An administrative charge of Rs. 500/- will be levied for each
dishonoured Cheque / E-mandate.

 The Management reserves the right to disallow a student from attending the School or
participating in any of its activities, if the fees are not paid within the stipulated date.

 Fees once deposited will not be refunded.

 Below mentioned concessions can be availed on or before Feb 28, 2019 by paying full year fees.
o 4% concession on Tuition fees by paying at the School fees counter.
o 4% concession on Transport fee by paying at the School fees counter.

Relationship Cell for further details.
