Installation
1. Download the CharterApp at http://tx-smart.transics.com/Download

2. To install the app, you have to allow ‘Unknow sources’.

This option can be found below Settings -> Applications

3. Open the downloaded file, and press on Install

4. After installing, open the app. Please fill in the following:

Vehicle Code, password (this should be provide to you) and at last the company code which
is 4280. It is not needed to fill a Driver Code.

Data usage

Messages

To send or read text messages, you have to click on ‘Messages’. After that, you have the following
options:

Open the planning box

When you open the Planning box, open the places (click on arrow)

you see (multiple) rows.

Each row means a separate activity. Mostly there are multiple activities in the box.
It is very important to start always with the activity which is on top.

Each task starts with a Couple and ends with an Uncouple.

When you have a Loading task, you get at least:
- Couple (mostly same as Uncouple from task before, or start address)
- Loading
- Uncouple (address where the unit should be dropped)

When you have an unloading task, you get at least:

- Couple (pickup address)
- Unloading
- Uncouple (mostly same as Unloading address, or address where the empty units should be
dropped).

When the Couple/Uncouple is at the same address as the Loading/Unloading, you can finish it right
after the Loading/Unloading. So than the Couple/Uncouple get the same end time as
Loading/Unloading.

Start/Finish activity

An activity is
- Couple or
- Loading / unloading or
- Uncouple

Below the places, you see the activities with a ‘green’ button (see screenshot below) which need to
be done, in order of execution.

So scroll to top (to start the first), and put the ‘green’ button (see below blue arrow) to start the
couple.

Now you should see the same pop-up as below. There you can select different options.
For navigation, please see chapter ‘Navigation’. For now please select this button:

After pressing the you, the activity is started in our system.

You can now press stop now to finish the couple activity.

When arrived at address, you have to start the loading/ unloading activity. It’s very important to start
this at the moment you ARRIVE at the customer. So do not wait to start it until you start
loading/unloading, but do it when you arrive at the address.

It works the same as with starting the couple activity.

Press the green button

Press ‘unload’

Now you can fill in milage, but that is not necessary. Than press start.
You can leave the phone as it is, until loading / unloading is finished.

When you are finished with the activity loading / unloading and you have received the papers, you
need to press on ‘stop now’. Only than! This means the activity in our system is ended. We will have
a start time (the moment you arrived at the customer) and an end time (the moment you left at the
customer). That is exactly what we need.

It’s also possible to jump back to the activity list, or to send a text message, please select than the
button ‘back’. In that case the activity will not be finished and the button turns red, so you can see
you still need to finish. Only finish when you are ready with loading / unloading.

When you pressed ‘stop now’, the tasks is finished, and now a new one is placed on top.

Loading:
After loading the driver must fill in the weight. Press OK. CMR and seal nr is not necessary. Press OK
to go further until you can press stop.

Uncouple works the same as couple.

To conclude:

- Every task starts with a couple.

o Start by pushing the green button
o Press connect
o Press stop now
- Arrival at the customer
o Start by pushing the green button
o Press unload / load. Nothing more.
o After all is done press stop now
- Every task ends with an uncouple
o Start by using the green button
o Press disconnect
o Press stop now

Note: sometimes a weight and seal number are asked. Simply follow the questions on the phone.

To play a sound when orders arrive in the app:

- Open de app ‘tx-smart’
- Settings
- Mode
- Check ‘Beep / vibrate profile’
