DEXTER’S PIZZA FRANCHISE PROPOSAL

Nature of Business

The DEXTER’S PIZZA FOODSYSTEM is a comprehensive food system that has developed and operates
a food system which includes proprietary rights, title, interests, and trademarks. It is the sole and
exclusive owner of the entire right covering the mark DEXTER’S PIZZA, patents and copyright involved
and together with all the goodwill connected therewith.

The DEXTER’S PIZZA FOODSYSTEM offers retailing of food products under strict observance of the
standards and policies for the uniform operation of all DEXTER’S PIZZA outlets including but not
limited to serving only designated food and beverage products, the use of only prescribed
designs, adherence to the food specifications and preparation, and the prescribed standards of
quality, service and cleanliness emphasizing prompt and courteous service in a clean and enhancing
atmosphere.

The food products of DEXTER’S PIZZA are all of very good quality at very affordable prices.

Product Line

The DEXTER’S PIZZA FOODSYSTEM offers a wide variety of delicious and very affordable food products
using only the best quality customized ingredients which consists of the following:

o Freshly-baked Pizzas: Available in 20 different flavours served using three types of crust
- Regular thick, Super Slim plain, and Super Slim whole wheat. Crust sizes are Party
(15”), Large (12”), Medium (10”), Kiddie (6”).
o Yummy Spaghetti: Filipino-style spaghetti with our specially formulated meaty
spaghetti sauce.
o Wings ‘n Wedges: Tasty fried chicken wings in Original (breaded only), Barbeque, and
Spicy flavours served with our all natural potato wedges with dip.
o Shawarma Wrap: Our trademark Beef and Chicken Shawarma served with veggies and
cheese wrapped in tortilla bread with our famous Shawarma sauce.
o Classic Cheeseburger: Classic burger patty grilled and served plain or with veggies and
cheese between plump and buttery Brioche Bun.
o Ham & Egg Sandwich: Thick sweet ham with fried egg and cheese served between
plump and buttery Brioche Bun.

The DEXTER’S PIZZA FOODSYSTEM is open for franchising subject to the company’s conditional
requirements. Its low capitalization scheme offers a chance for a faster return of investment in view of

Franchise Package

The operation of a food outlet under the DEXTER`S PIZZA FOODSYSTEM is available under the following
franchise arrangement package which shall include the right to adopt and use the Dexter`s Pizza System
including the right to use the registered trademark “Dexter`s Pizza”:

PACKAGE A - THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (PHP 300,000.00) inclusive of the following:

i. the right to use the trademark Dexter’s Pizza and operate the outlet under the Dexter’s Pizza
Foodsystem
ii. the right to sell Sisay’s Rice Meals under the Sisay’s Food System
iii. consultation on marketing, operational, financial, and human resource management of the
outlet
iv. training of staff / crew who will man the outlet including training operations, manuals and
materials
v. initial site development assistance
vi. initial operational assistance
vii. initial marketing assistance
viii. one (1) piece counter tarp
ix. one (1) piece pizza flavours tarp
x. one (1) piece overhead menu board
xi. one (1) piece wall menu board
xii. two thousand (2,000) pieces of flyers
xiii. one (1) unit oven
xiv. two (2) pieces oven nets
xv. one (1) unit deep fryer
xvi. one (1) set of pertinent baking utensils
xvii. three (3) sets of uniform for crew/rider
xviii. one (1) unit pizza carrier with sticker
xix. one (1) piece pizza delivery bag

A credit line of Fifty Thousand Pesos (Php50,000.00) shall also be recommended which shall be
replenished once it gets to an indicator amount of Php20,000.00. The credit line requirement is not
included in the above-mentioned package which must be tendered at least fifteen (15) days prior to the
actual opening date.
