EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT

June 5, 2019

ATTENTION: JAMES AJOC

In view of your just concluded full time student at the Adventist University of the Philippines (AUP),
Silang, Cavite sponsored by the Pagadian Montessori Center, Inc., as such, the terms and conditions of
your employment are as follows:

1. The employment contract shall take full force on June 10, 2019 with a monthly compensation of
EIGHTEEN THOUSAND (P18, 000.00) PESOS with Philhealth, SSS and PAG-BIG excluding extra
loads.
2. Work day shall mean rendering direct services to the school for eight (8) working hours per day;
work week shall mean five (5) working days, and some weekends wherein school activities are
scheduled.
3. Full time faculty member is one whose total working days is devoted to the school, has no other
remunerative employment and is paid on a regular monthly basis.
4. Teaching loads shall include, teaching different musical instruments from Grade I to Grade 6
5. Perform such other duties as may be assigned by the Administrator of PMCI including church
activities.
6. Absences should be with a support of letter of explanation or a medical certificate addressed to
the Head Directress. This is to assure a non-interruption of instruction with the absence of the
teachers
7. Habitual tardiness of teachers, employees is subject to disciplinary action that may include
salary deduction, (after 3 consecutive days) suspension without pay (one month without excuse)
or even termination as deemed by the Administrator.
8. The institution upholds the integrity and decency of employees. The school considers
notoriously disgraceful or immoral conduct that includes pre-marital relationships. Anyone who
violates what is stipulated in this contract, will be subject to disciplinary action.
9. This contract will take effect on June 10, 2019 until March 2029, however, after three (3) or four
(4) years upon the start of employment you will be sent again for schooling taking Masters’
Degree in your respective area of concentration.
