RE: Letter of Indemnity and Undertaking
Lender: Ahmad Fikri bin Ahmad Hishamuddin
Borrower: Mohamad Abdullah bin Ibrahim

Motor Vehicle: Perodua Myvi (White) WC 5927 H

Reference made to the above matter.
I, Mohamad Abdullah bin Ibrahim, I/C No 900202-01-5483 hereby acknowledge and
covenant that I have borrowed the abovementioned Motor Vehicle from the Lender. The period for
borrowing the said Motor Vehicle shall commence from “16 April 2019 to 15 October 2019”.

In view of the goodwill from the Lender, I hereby agree to pay RM400.00 per week on or
before every Monday of the following week to the Lender as borrowing fees. I further agree
that the security deposit shall not be refunded to me upon expiry of the said Period. In the event
that I have defaulted the payment of the said security deposit, the Lender shall have the absolute
right to recover the Motor Vehicle from me with immediate effect without any further notice.

I hereby indemnify and undertake the following upon receipt of your Motor Vehicle with
immediate effect:

(a) I am of legal age and obtained a valid driving license from Road Transport Department
Malaysia;

(b) I will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Lender for any loss, damage, or legal
actions against the Lender during the said Period;

(c) I will pay for the cost for repair or replacement of damage for the said Motor Vehicle
while in possession;
(d) I will also pay for any parking tickets, summons, or other citations received while in
possession of the Motor Vehicle;

(e) I will bear the cost of car instalment up to 2 months in the event of accident where the
authority find out the error cause from the Borrower;

(f) I will not operate the said Motor Vehicle in violation of any laws, or in any negligent
or illegal manner; and

(g) I will return the said Motor Vehicle to the Lender in the original/good condition.
