Purpose
The Event Change Statement in this document provides Event changes between different
BSC6900 versions.

Intended Audience
This document is intended for:
Field engineers
System engineers
Network operators
Network planners

Structure

Change Type Event change type, for example, added, modified, or deleted.

Event ID ID of the changed event in a new version.

Event Name Name of the changed event in a new version.


Describes event changes between the old and new versions.
Change
Description

Describes whether the changes involve the northbound interface (NBI). The value of this field can
be Yes or No.
● Yes: The changes involve the NBI. For example, the NBI reporting data changes if events are

added or deleted or if event parameters are modified.
● No: The changes do not involve the NBI. For example, the NBI reporting data does not change
if the event detection mechanism or event trigger threshold is changed.

Describes whether the changes are compatible with the NBI. This field applies only to the
changes that involve the NBI. The value of this field can be Yes, No, or N/A.
● Yes: The changes are compatible with the NBI. For example, new events or new event
