BARANGAY CAWAG

OFFICE OF THE PUNONG BARANGAY

M E S S A G E

The barangay, being the basic unit of

the government is responsible in
delivering the basic services to its
constituents towards the betterment
of their lives. More importantly, the
role of the government to its people is
to deliver transparency and objectiv
ity to the services and programs it
renders.

The Sanggunian and employees of Barangay Cawag shall

continue to do our best to serve our people to the best of our
abilities and fulfill what we have sworn when we took our
oath of office. We shall strive to remain determined,
dedicated, honest and trustworthy public officials and
servants to lead the Barangay into a brighter future.

I would like commend and thank the DILG, in behalf of the

Barangay Council of Cawag, for making sure that RA 9485 is
implemented which shall serve as the litmus test of all
government agencies and a mechanism for ensuring better
delivery of their services. The Anti-red Tape Act of 2007 is a
way to communicate with the people and help familiarize
them to the procedures and processes in our barangay, thus
avoiding the traditional red tape procedures that shall ensure
the efficiency of government services. This will surely change
and better the Government so that we may serve our citizens
more efficiently and effectively.

Sama-sama tayo sa pagtataguyod ng Serbisyong Makatao at
