All employees shall respond for not more than 2 minutes to all
the inquiries and concerns of all its visitors.
All complaints shall be immediately endorsed to the Lupon’s
Desk for recording and shall be responded upon immediately
for not more than 3 days upon filling.
A copy of this citizens’ charter shall be posted to the easily
identifiable areas within the vicinity of the barangay for
people’s reference regarding the services of our barangay.
