My name is Kwame Talumba Chilinkhwambe, I am a registered member of the Institute of Risk

Management South Africa (IRMSA) and my membership number is 49594948.

I am also a Chartered Certified Accountant with the Association of Chartered Certified

Accountants (ACCA) and my membership number is 0227088.

I am currently working on a permanent basis with PSB Network at their Johannesburg office as a
Financial Risk Analyst from 1st April 2018.

I am a suitable candidate for this position as not only do I hold the relevant qualifications but I
have over 20 years of experience in the field specializing in but not limited to Financial Services,
Risk Assessor, Professional Services and Auditing.

The professional body for all Risk Management professionals in South Africa, IRMSA is
recognized as the professional body for Risk Management in South Africa by the South African
Qualifications Authority (SAQA). IRMSA represents individuals and companies committed to
the enhancement of the Risk Management discipline. IRMSA serves aspiring risk practitioners,
risk professionals and decision makers in Southern Africa, dedicated to the advancement of the
risk management profession through accreditation, research, promotion, education, upliftment,
training, guidance and strong relationships with other Institutes or Associations.

My membership with IRMSA is helping me to upskill up and above my current knowledge and
provide a platform to network and share best practice with other professionals who belong to the
Institute, and of crucial importance, is enabling me to transfer my skills to South African citizens
who I work with as colleagues in PSB Network, under SB Investments.

Being part of the Risk Management team in my organization, I get involved with every single
area of the organisation. Risks can arise in any area at any time; I need to be aware of what is
going on across the organisation commercially, strategically and operationally, as well as being
aware of all compliance and reputational aspects. I also enjoy working with many varied
stakeholders, with many different expectations and requirements, to roll out good risk and
governance processes to, hopefully, provide benefits to their areas. My membership with IRMSA
is greatly enhancing my professionalism in my work.

As a member of IRMSA, I contribute to the development of the Risk Management profession in

South Africa through the sharing of skills, ideas, and participation in networking to promote and
enhance the competence of the profession.

I perceive this employment as a significant advancement in my career and I believe that my work
in the organization is a good environment to show off my full potential and utilize my skills and
knowledge that will, in the broader sense, also have a positive impact on the economy of South
