OF STATE AND SALE THEREOF

This instrument is executed by and among;

ESTRELLA B. VALLE married to BALBINO VALLE of legal age, Filipino citizen, and a resident of
Brgy. San Juan, Ballesteros, Cagayan;

MILAGROS B. TAYLO, widow, of legal age, Filipino and a resident of Sta. Cruz, Ballesteros,
Cagayan.

JOEY B. GUILLERMO, of legal age, Filipino, married and a resident of Sta. Cruz, Ballesteros,
Cagayan.

ALL HEREINAFTER CALLED THE HEIRS-VENDORS, IN FAVOR OF.

NORALYN P. CANDO married to JASON DAVID CANDO

- ELOIZA JANE CANDO - married to RESTY RUBINO

ALL HEREINAFTER CALLED THE CO-VENDEES:

WITNESSETH:

That the herein above named VENDORS are the relative and legal heirs of the late MARIANO
BURGOS and VALENTINA MIRANDA ( both deceased) and a resident of Brgy. Sta. Cruz,
Ballesteros, Cagayan who died in ______________________________ and
________________________________.

That during their lifetime of said Mariano Burgos, he and his wife Valentina Miranda, acquired
as their conjugal property, a certain parcel of land situated in Barrio of Sta. Cruz, Ballesteros,
Cagayan, covered by OCT No. P-15932 (s) issued by the Register of Deeds of Province of
Cagayan, and which is more particularly bounded and more described as follows.

A parcel of Land, designated as Lot No. 2959, Pls-706, situated in Sta. Cruz, Ballesteros,
Cagayan. Beginning a point marked “1” of Lot 2959, Pls-706 being x x x ; Containing an area of
ONE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY EIGHT (1,178) Square Meters, more or less; x x x
Bounded on the SE. by Lot No. 2960, Pls-706, on the SW. by Lot No. 2561, Pls-706 on NW. by
Lot No. 2958, Pls-706; and on the NE. by Road; x x x

That the deceased Mariano Burgos and Valentina Miranda died intestate and left as his/her
only heirs, the following relatives

ESTRELLA B. VALLE – legitimate daughter

MILAGROS B. TAYLO – legitimate daughter
JOEY B. GUILLERMO – grandson

That the said deceased left no known debt or obligation chargeable against their estate;

That this settlement of the state of the said deceased involves no personal property they left no
such property of value;

That the said heirs, all being of legal age agreed and settle among themselves that they
ADJUDICATE the said estate unto themselves and dispose of it as they hereinafter stipulated;
