TERMS & CONDITIONS :
1. Prices indicated in this quotation are inclusive of all Philippine Government prescribed duties and taxes, cost of goods,
delivery to the jobsite within Metro-Manila, ground floor level only. Validity of quotation is 15 Days Only.
2. A minimum down payment of Fifty (50%) Percent is required payable upon receipt of
signed confirmation of order before stocks can be reserved.
Balance is payable Cash-Before-Delivery (CBD), progress delivery, progress payment allowed.
3. Product stocks move on a continuous basis. The customer's payment, therefore, is not to be considered as an affirmation of sale.
Kuysen Enterprises Inc. (KEI) & Sanitec Import Ventures, Inc. (SIVI) have one working day to determine with finality the stock availability
of products detailed in the order confirmation.
A) In case it is confirmed that the ordered stocks are no longer available and the customer is not willing to exchange out of stock items
with another item, KEI / SIVI will reimburse a check down payment immediately upon clearing.
These check refunds will be issued under the name appearing on the Official Receipt issued by KEI / SIVI.
B) Credit card payments will be voided by KEI /SIVI with the credit card company and proof of cancellation of
the transaction will be presented to the client. The return of the credited value by the credit card company
will be presented to the customer upon receipt of the same by KEI / SIVI.
4. Clients will be invoiced either by Kuysen Enterprises Inc. or Sanitec Import Ventures Inc.
depending on the product delivered. Both Kuysen and Sanitec are owned and
operated by one and the same management group and collection documents from either or both of these companies
will be acceptable to the client. Checks will be made out to company invoicing the delivery.
Check payments must be cleared prior to delivery. A period of Three (3) banking days is required for this purpose.
5. On stock items will be delivered within 4 to 5 days upon clearing of payment. Indent orders are to be delivered within
a period of 120 to 150 days from the date of the full payment. For indent orders, once the order have been processed
no cancellation or change in quantity shall be accepted by Kuysen and Sanitec *MAXIMUM STORAGE PERIOD: 3 MONTHS
6. All prices indicated do not include installation.
