Fairfax’s Premier Live Music Venue is Under New Ownership Visit the New
19 Broadway in the Heart of Fairfax

19 Broadway has been bringing live music to the heart of Fairfax 7 nights a week for

the past 30 years. After three decades, the venue is now under the ownership of Isabel

Manchester and Jamie Flanagan, who bring their collective ownership and management

expertise from a number of San Francisco venues such as Chambers eat + drink, The Phoenix

Hotel, Vessel, Mighty, and WISH Bar & Lounge. The pair have partnered with a local Fairfax

resident, Tyler Snow, and the three of them are excited to bring you a fresh live music and

nightlife experience.

While the trio will dedicate efforts to improving the sound system, lighting, and

cosmetic appearance of the venue, the primary focus will be to support art and bring great

live music to the Bay Area 7 nights a week, while maintaining the ethos of a comfortable

neighborhood bar.

to drive great music to Marin, while supporting the local bands and the art community

The plan is to continue to support the musical genres that Fairfax is known for, while

introducing and catering to emerging acts and fresh and vibrant sounds. On a weekly basis you

will find local musicians, DJs, and comedians, as well as international acts. Manchester and

Flanagan also hope to use the venue as a vessel to support local charities and give back to the

community.
