1. While subscribing to the journals you are advised to get the parts by registered post in order to
avoid unnecessary delay and to ensure safe delivery. So, while remitting your subscription,
please add these charges as indicated. In case the charges are not sent, we shall assume that
you prefer to have the issues sent by ordinary post at your risk.
3. It is advisable to remit your subscriptions directly to us. For all subscriptions remitted through
booksellers, Eastern Book Company shall not be responsible for non-receipt or delay in receiving
such subscriptions from them and consequent non-supply of parts.
4. Renewal subscriptions must reach us by 15th December to ensure uninterrupted supply next
year. If not received and also if no cancellation letter is received then we shall proceed on the
assumption that you wish to continue your subscription and prefer to pay via V.P.P.
5. If renewal subscription is remitted after 15th December, the annual subscription at the rate
applicable then will be payable. An additional amount of Rs.35.00 will be chargeable towards loss
of postage on every V.P.P not accepted.
6. The subscription rates are based on current prices of paper and other inputs, but in case further
increases in the cost of paper, postage or other inputs make it necessary, a supplementary bill will
be issued for the same.
7. Please check your mailing address carefully. Also, do make sure that you mention your area Pin
Code. If the billing address is to be different from the mailing address, please inform us
accordingly.
