I hereby declared that the above mentioned details are true. I also assure you that I will
obey the rules and regulations of your institution
Student must attend the classes regularly. If the student remains absent, parent's or
guardian’s note giving the reason of absence must be produced the following day.
Student must maintain discipline in the classrooms and the institute premises,
failing which the student will be suspended /dismissed, without refund of fees.
Attendance in tests is compulsory. In the event of a student being unable to attend a test
for reasons beyond his / her control, parents must intimate to the management in writing
before the commencement of the test.
Students must submit their homework regularly and in-time.
Fees may be changed and the services offered added to or withdrawn at any time.
Care should be taken to keep the coaching centers premises clean.
Parents or guardians will accept full liability for any damage caused by the student to
premises where courses are taught.
Student must be punctual. Student coming late may not be allowed to attend the
particular lecture.
Student is not allowed to wait outside the coaching centers' premises after or before the
lectures / tests. Any student found waiting outside the premises will be punished severely.
No student should leave the coaching center premises during class hours without the prior
permission of the office staff. The observance of this rule is of vital importance to ensure
the safety of the students.
Students are not allowed to eat chewing gum in the tuition centre.
The tuition centre has the right to disallow students from entering the class or to the
tuition centre premise if the student disturbs the tuition centre in any reason.
Students are not allowed to bring any equipment that can produce sound that can disrupt
the class. (Example: Cell Phone, Handphone, MP3 Player, Camera and others) If students
still insist to bring to tuition centre, students are recommended to turned off and
safeguard the gadget all the time in class. Failure to do so, the tuition centre has the right
to seize the gadget and will be reported to parents or guardian.
Changes in subjects or packages must be notified at least a month earlier.
The deposit will not be refunded if a student does not inform the management that he
wants to stop or temporarily stop the tuition.
Class replacement will not be given if the student fails to attend classes held. Classes will
not run on public holidays.
