Kotak Mahindra Bank is a privately owned Indian multinational bank with retail, wholesale,
and private banking platforms in 2015 purchase of an equity stake in Vysya Bank by the Dutch
.There are 100+ applications are running to provide the support. FES, foreign exchange service
is an application which processes all international transaction, money transfer, forex card
coming to bank through customer. FES is heart of bank’s treasury. It is the prime
application that is responsible for processing &pricing the transaction, billing and invoicing
and doing the revenue recognition. FES also sends feeds to several other systems such as
swift, Profile(core banking system), and GL etc.
Replicating functionality issue in UAT and provide the RCA for the issue.
Involving in CR deployment.
Taking care of purging activity throughout system.
Regularly attend & resolve the issues those are faced by client during production
coming through emails or alarms
