Well the first challenge faced by people who leave their country is to learn a new language because

if you decide to leave your home country to live in a foreign culture where Spanish is not the main
language, it is crucial to find a method that fits your Learning style and being constant. The second
challenge people face is to apply for your Employment Authorization Document because it is
necessary to obtain this document to have a job and finally, the third challenge is to get health
insurance because it is vital to avoid paying high sums of money in case of some unforeseen
illnesses, even more in the United States where the costs to cover health problems are extremely
high.

On the second question, in my opinion, people who only travel temporarily do not affect them
because they will only go short period of time, but they would also have to learn consciously about
the culture and traditions of the country so that they feel comfortable during the time they stay.
They should be able to accustom to the economy of the country as well. For example: one dollar is
equivalent to three soles. This means that if the person moves to Peru, he/she would not be
familiar to pay in soles, instead of dollars. Finally the person needs to relate to people who have
another way of living and respect them.
