Interview Process: Written Assignment + Group Discussion + Personal Interview

Job Responsibilities:

● Conducting a research and identifying sales opportunity, generating leads,


target identification and classification.
● Reaching out to new customers and fixing appointments for the business development
team.
● Planning, managing and coordination with the Business Development team.
● Giving insights based on the learnings and formulating a plan accordingly to aggregate the
sales with respect to potential customers.
● Ensuring proper servicing and after sales support to clients.
● Data reporting to management and gathering market intelligence.
● Makes telephone calls to existing and prospective clients.
● Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and
prospective customers.
● Expedites the resolution of client’s problems and complaints
● Coordinates sales effort with Sales Head and technical service groups.
Competencies and Skills Required :
● Good Communication skills and excellent command over English language.
● Understanding of Sales Cycle and deriving required analytics based on sales experience.
● Ability to take decisions based on continuous learnings.
● High Interpersonal skills and pleasing personality.
● Eye for details and good cognitive skills.
● An extrovert with being high on conscientiousness.

Prerequisites Desirable

● Laptop in good working condition having MS Office & Skype installed.


● Smart Phone Android/Iphone/Windows

Stipend: Rs. 10,000 per month + Result Oriented Incentives + Variables (Based on Actual).
