Under the circumstances your honor is requested to kindly issue necessary order for
transfer of my assessment records from the present A.O. Circle / Ward SALARY 5 (2) /
Range LUCKNOW to the A. O. Circle / Ward SALARY 2 (2) / Range NAGPUR who is
now having correct jurisdiction over my new address as stated above.
An early action in the matter will be greatly appreciated as I shall file my returns regularly and
it would be proper if my past records were available with the current Assessing Officer.

With reference to the above, I hereby wish to bring to your kind notice that you might be aware
that my previous employer, Uttar Pradesh State Mineral Development Corporation Limited
(UPSMDCLimited), has been closed from 1st February 2000 and retrenched all of its employees.
I am one among those retrenched. In this context, I also wish to bring to your kind notice that
after the retrenchment of my services from UPSMDC Limited, I could not file my Income Tax
Returns so far, as I could not have service anywhere and also an income which is Taxable. This
is for your kind information and necessary action if any.
